These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Warmline Tech website and our AI receptionist services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Warmline Tech provides AI-powered call answering and appointment booking services tailored for trade businesses, including plumbers, roofers, electricians, and landscapers.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. Subscriptions are £220 per month, billed monthly. You may cancel anytime; however, no refunds are issued for partial months.

Acceptable Use & Availability

Users are prohibited from employing the service for unlawful activities, misusing call recordings, or abusing any part of the system. Warmline Tech reserves the right to take action if these terms are breached.

While we strive to maintain high service uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

Warmline Tech is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of our services or any periods of unavailability.

Termination, Governing Law & Contact

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services due to non-payment or breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
